Why do life changes not always result in Happiness?
Change is constant.
It creates movement.
Movement is aligned with the origin of the changer.
That origin may be viewed through different portals:
Identity
Personality
Behavior
Values
Destiny
The origin does not change.
It is recognized.
Many people attempt to create happiness through external change.
A new relationship.
A new job.
A new location.
A new direction.
These changes may produce different experiences.
But they do not guarantee happiness.
Why?
Because happiness is a choice.
What changes is not who you are.
What changes is the communication between the different aspects of yourself.
Thoughts communicate with feelings.
Feelings communicate with actions.
Actions communicate with consequences.
Consequences communicate with awareness.
When communication becomes clear, movement becomes clear.
When communication becomes distorted, confusion follows.
Change is not the replacement of the self.
Change is the movement of self.
The origin remains.
The recognition expands.
