At iamonetarot.com, we value honesty, transparency, and respectful communication with every client. The following policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled.

Tarot Reading Sessions (Services)

Tarot and intuitive readings are considered professional services, and time is reserved specifically for each client.

Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

If you cancel within this time frame, you may:

• reschedule your session, or

• receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund, as the time has already been reserved.

Missed Appointments

If a client does not attend the scheduled session and does not notify us in advance, the session may be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

Digital or Remote Readings

For online readings or phone sessions, refunds are generally not provided after the reading has been delivered, as the service has already been completed.

If there are technical difficulties or scheduling issues, we will gladly work with you to reschedule the session.

Physical Products (Tarot Decks or Merchandise)

If you purchase a physical product from I Am One Tarot, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused

• the item must be in its original packaging

• proof of purchase must be provided

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• personalized or custom products

• opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene or protection reasons

• digital products once delivered

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
